Thesis defense is probably the most exciting and crucial moment. And it doesn’t matter whether you wrote the diploma yourself or ordered it, you still have to speak before the commission. Often, this procedure seems to the graduate something unpleasant and scary. It really depends on how you prepare.
Many graduates follow the old practice before graduation and start preparing on the last night. But in vain! Everything you could do for the graduation project, you have already done. Therefore, it is better to rest, go to bed early. Yes, you may not be able to sleep, but this is not a reason to cram. A student who slept for 2-3 hours may forget everything he knew by heart, his thoughts will be confused, and as a result, nonsense will come out. And we don't want that. Therefore, a few hours before the defense, review your work again. This will be quite enough to refresh some main points in your memory. This will help distract you from winding up bad thoughts.
Pay special attention to your appearance. Thesis defense is an official event, so a classic suit would be ideal for boys, and for girls - a strict dress or blouse with a skirt and low-heeled shoes. Hair, clothes and shoes must be clean. Girls can make a "tail" or a simplestyling. Makeup doesn't have to be flashy, a casual look is perfect.
Remember that you represent not only your graduation project, but also yourself as a future graduate, who for the employer is the personification of the entire university.
