Often, when we use words, we don't think about their true meaning or origin. Why, because everything is clear, it would seem, at the level of intuition. The word is often regarded as an abbreviation, depending on the meaning in which it is used. So, the victim of thieves or swindlers can be a Person Deceived by Hooligans. The same word, but with a different decoding, can be called non-traditional orientation without the right to vote a convict.
