The climate chamber has a special design, including the following components:

  • Shield. It houses all electronic equipment. It is installed on the side wall, the control is automatic.
  • The steam generator is responsible for controlling the humidity inside the device. Water vapor is produced by boiling water or by ultrasonication. Operates in local automation mode.
  • The working space is made in the form of a kind of container, equipped with heat exchangers. It is thanks to him that the most comfortable test mode is provided. Since the container has a viewing window, you can observe any changes that occur during the experiment.
  • The cooling structure is installed inside the frame and mounted on a special mounting plate. Its main function is the uniform distribution of air over the entire area.

Due to the presence of locking mechanisms, the climatic chamber is not able to spontaneously open, which allows preventing the penetration of moisture and completely eliminating any changes in the operating temperature. Its body is made of steel profile coated with a special protective composition. This materialallows for a long time to maintain the necessary technical characteristics, as well as a presentable appearance. The design is mounted on special roller blocks if the chamber volume is not more than 500 liters. If the size exceeds this parameter, then it is installed only permanently.
