But it can also, depending on the context, mean "sexy, attractive girl" or "hot thing", that is, have a semantic load with sexual overtones. Sometimes, especially in Mexico, this word is inextricably linked with the perception of a woman as an object of sexual desire.
A man calls a woman mamacita because he really wants to make her the mother of his children. Therefore, the word can be used as a substitute for the expression "pregnant woman".
