Therefore, scientists are constantly looking for new types of energy. Not all countries and regions can use hydropower plants and wind farms. In recent years, many researchers have started talking about the preservation of the natural resources of our planet. To do this, it is proposed to use alternative energy sources, such as the sun (with the help of special batteries). Today there are two ways to implement it. So you can use it as a heat source or convert it directly into electricity through a battery. The problem is that while the energy of the Sun is an expensive pleasure (despite the experimental houses).
Nuclear energy is more promising. It is obtained as a result of the decay of atomic nuclei. Most often, uranium-235 or plutonium is used for this purpose. This type is used in bombs, as well as at special stations that allow you to get heat and electricity.
But disputes about the construction of nuclear power plants are still ongoing. After the accident in Chernobyl, it became clear that in the event of a disaster, people fall into the affected area. Radiation poisons all living things in the area, and this effect persists for many years. Therefore, much attention is paid to the development of security systems. But, from the point of view of ecology, nuclear power plants are not so harmful. Hazardous emissions from them are not recorded.
So what is energy? It is a source of heat, electricity and so on. They get it in different ways. Scientists from all over the world are increasingly raising the problem of the exhaustibility of natural resources: gas, oil, coal. Therefore, in the modern world, more and more attention is paid to the development of alternative power sources. What is water, wind or solar energy? This is something that can be used forever.
