Unexpected find
This story begins back in 1969. The workers of the coal mine near the village of Rzhavchik, Tisulsky district, began their working day as usual. Until one of the miners noticed something unusual in the middle of the seam. It turned out to be a sarcophagus made of a material similar to marble. The work was immediately suspended by the head of the section.
They decided to pull the find to the surface. The day was clear. The heat of the sun quickly melted the putty holding the lid to the burial chamber.
