FEFU, or Far Eastern Federal University, was established in 2009. It is the leading institution of higher education in the Far East of Russia in all respects. Every year, FEFU is included in the Russian education quality ratings. The university offers applicants more than 200 different educational programs. The number of students includes residents of 66 regions of Russia.
Faculties of the Far Eastern Federal University
The structure of FEFU includes 9 schools, among them:

Bachelor programs
Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok offers applicants more than 40 different bachelor's programs. Also, part of the programs is implemented as a speci alty.
FEFU educational programs include:

Passing points
For admission to a number of bachelor's programs, it is enough to submit a package of documents, including an application, a copy of an identity document, as well as USE certificates. Admission to some bachelor's or professional programs also requires successful completion of an entrance test prepared directly by the university.
The passing score for the bachelor's degree program "Chemistry" in 2017 was 132. In 2018, 25 state-funded places and 5 places under the contract were allocated. For admission to the budgetary place, the direction "Architecture" was required to score 325 points, including points for an additional creative entrance test.
In order to enter the budgetary place of the direction "Oil and gas business" of the Far Eastern Federal University, it was required to score more than 183 points in 2017. There are 35 budget places available, 25 places with tuition fees. Core subjects are mathematics and physics.
Branches
Far Eastern Federal University, in addition to the building located on Russky Island, also has several branches. FEFU branches are located in the city of Ussuriysk. Project 5 – 100
Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok has a clear and structured development strategy called "Project 5 - 100". By 2020, the university plans to increase the number of students to 26,000. At the same time, the share of foreign students in the total number must be at least 30%.
The number of masters and graduate students in the total number of people should reach 40%.
