But something has appeared in our life relatively recently, this is a subscription. So what is a subscription? Where is it most often used and what is it in general? We'll figure it out.

This word came from French and in the original sounds like abonnement (abonner - to sign). From the point of view of legal and monetary obligations, this is a document according to which one of the parties has the right to use certain services, property, or to demand their observance or provision. A subscription is purchased both for money, which further ensures the entire range of obligations of one of the parties, and free of charge, for example, as a gift or encouragement.
It can act periodically, during the entire term of the contract or indefinitely - this is determined individually or depending on its value. What is a subscription, wesorted it out, but what types exist and what is it generally used for most often?

They can be divided into several conditional types.
The first is a document used as a contract for the provision of mobile communications, because the receiving party is called a "subscriber", and probably everyone has heard a similar combination of "mobile subscriber".

The third is warranty service. Most often used in relation to electronics, household appliances or cars. These usually have their own validity period, which is negotiated in advance and can be canceled in some cases.

The fifth type is also the most used. This is when the subscription is used in the form of tickets or access to places such as theaters, swimming pools, gyms and beauty salons.

How to get them
As already mentioned, such documents for the provision of services can be paid and free. But why were they introduced at all, if you can pay in the same pool or theater onlocation?
It's all about convenience. For example, in the same gym you have to pay for each visit, and this is not always convenient, especially if a person trains often. You can forget money or it’s generally inconvenient to take it with you, and by purchasing a subscription, the user immediately (usually within a month or a week) gets the right to use the services of the organization without restriction.
Another reason is profit. Usually, by purchasing a subscription, a person saves significantly, since the cost of using the service for a month or another period is much more profitable than paying for each visit. Simply put, you can go to the theater or fitness club an unlimited number of times during the validity period.
How they are deprived
Because this is a kind of legal contract, there are usually rules in which in some cases the subscription can be canceled even without a refund. This usually happens when property is damaged, obscene behavior or an attempt to transfer it to a third party. But in the terms of use, the last case is discussed in advance with the prohibition or permission of this action.
