  • not fulfilling their obligations to support, educate and educate minors;
  • negatively influencing the behavior of their children;
  • permitting domestic violence.

Deregistration

Of course, a minor cannot be registered forever within the school: the grounds for setting it up may well disappear over time.

Deregistration is performed if:

  1. There are positive changes in the child's behavior and circumstances of his life, which persist for at least 2 months.

Organization of preventive measures

Individual work must be carried out within the time period necessary to providesocial and other assistance to a minor, or until the grounds and conditions that contributed to homelessness, neglect, antisocial behavior or delinquency of a child are eliminated, or until other circumstances provided for by law arise.

The prevention plan is developed by the class teacher together with a teacher-psychologist and a social worker. The minor must have an escort card. It is conducted by a social teacher together with the class teacher. If necessary, other specialists may be involved, whose duties include working with this group of minors.

The class teacher is responsible for carrying out individual preventive measures, monitoring the child's educational and extracurricular activities, and analyzing the effectiveness of the measures taken. The parents of the minor are notified of the results of the work. In the event that absenteeism, insufficient preparation for classes, and other deviations in the student's behavior become systematic, he and his parents are invited to a meeting of the Council to consider questions about:

  1. Failure of parents to fulfill their obligations to raise and educate the child.
  2. Evasion of minors from training.

If necessary, other issues that deserve attention may be considered.

Conclusion

Until recently, the problem of child homelessness and neglect was very acute in Russia. However, thanks to the coordinated actions of the executive bodies, the administrations of educational institutions, it was partially resolved. At the legislative level, several normative acts were adopted, fixing the list of necessary preventive measures with minors and their families. The work of the school is also important in solving the problem.

In many educational institutions parent committees are being formed today. Children spend most of their time at school, and the participation of adults in its work is of great practical importance. Their activity is directly reflected in the conditions of stay of children in an educational institution. The parent committee at the school is the link through which teachers contact children outside of school hours. In addition, the representatives of the child take an active part in the formation of an appropriate atmosphere in the educationalinstitution. Their opinion matters.

But unfortunately, not all parents show interest in their child's life. Many adults not only do not help their children, but on the contrary, they create additional problems for them. Every child needs support. If he does not receive it, then he tries to build a line of behavior on his own. It's not always correct. Many minors left without attention of their parents begin to skip school, misbehave in class, commit administrative violations and even crimes. The school must promptly respond to any, including minor deviations. In such cases, it is immediately necessary to carry out preventive work with parents, if necessary, explain to them their obligations to children and responsibilities.

deregistration
deregistration

Intra-school accounting should not be seen as a punishment for a child. Rather, it is a set of measures to prevent further deviations in behavior. By registering a minor, an educational function is realized to a greater extent. This is important not only for the minor and his parents, but also for other children and adults.

In order to reduce the number of registered children, regular preventive work should be carried out in each school together with the employees of the ODN and the KDN. It is important to show minors the benefits of proper, legal behavior in school, family, community. It is necessary to provide them with adequate assistance, not to leave them in a difficult life situation. ATotherwise, the problem of neglect cannot be solved.
