The more complex the program, the more unique the task, the deeper you have to dive into the solution process. This is a disaster, because you can simply forget about the rest. In programming, the principle of process continuity can simply not be observed - it will take care of itself. The modern task is expensive, but the process of diving into it is much more expensive.

Well, of course, if the employee himself does not withstand such working conditions, or his social environment contributes to this, this is also an option. But work stopped in this way will never stand still. Once a problem has arisen, it must be solved. And tasks that did not make sense to set simply have no solution.
