At the same time, of course, they consulted with the people, there were representatives in the parliament (the Supreme Council of People's Deputies), no one argues. The delegates always approved of everything.

1937. Russia is primarily Soviet

They will become Soviet, the same as the RSFSR. Years of difficult struggle for people's power have taught that it is more reliable this way.
