Present Continious Tense (Present Continuous) is the present tense, which is used if the action is happening at this moment in time, that is, right now (now, at this moment).
I am watching TV now. - I'm watching TV now (at the moment).
The children are sleeping at the moment. - The kids are sleeping at the moment.
In addition, if we are talking about some planned event that should happen in the future, then we also use Present Continious Tense.
We are going to visit Moscow next week. - We're going to Moscow next week.
