Not the last place in the list of influencing factors is the geographical location of the state, which is characterized by a significant distance from large bodies of water, as well as neighboring vast territories. The air masses coming from the Black and Mediterranean Seas also have an impact.
Poland also has unusual rainfall. It is a known fact in historywhen, in 1901, dark brown rain fell from a cloud that came from the Sahara. And seventy years later, part of the country was covered with orange snow for the same reason.

Winters are mostly wet and mild, while summers are warm. In summer, the temperature ranges from +16 in coastal areas to +19 in the south of the country, the average temperature reaches eighteen degrees. In January, average temperatures range from -1 on the coast to -4 in the northeast.
In February, the temperature is up to -3 degrees. Starting from the spring months, it rises and already in March it is +2. In April it reaches eight degrees of heat, and in May - fourteen. In summer, as mentioned above, it rises no higher than nineteen degrees. In June - seventeen, in July - nineteen, in August - eighteen. In September, it drops again to fourteen degrees, in October - to eight, and in November - only three degrees of heat. In December it drops to -1.
Regional climate

In total, six climatic regions are distinguished in Poland:
