The beginning of the story
Torzhok Pedagogical College named after Fyodor Vasilievich Badyulin began its activity in 1871 as a teacher's school. On its basis, after some time, pedagogical courses were created, aimed at the accelerated training of pedagogical workers. Already in 1920, the courses turned into a technical school. In the prewar years, the educational institution became a school.
After several decades, this educational organization reached new heights in its activities - it received the status of a college. Today TPK is:
