Each institution, in addition to managing the facility, also has its own internal self-government bodies, which are created from ordinary ordinary workers and are designed to solve everyday issues and make urgent decisions. A similar body is the pedagogical council in schools and preschool institutions, i.e. kindergartens.
Who is this?
The Pedagogical Council (briefly - the Pedagogical Council) is a permanent self-government body of employees of a certain educational institution. The composition of the teachers' council includes representatives of various ranks - teachers, educators, head teachers and even the director. In special situations, employees from other educational institutions, as well as experts in the field of education, who help in solving certain issues and find ways out of difficult, difficult situations, may also be invited to meetings. Each teacher's council has a clearly formulated goal, which is planned to be achieved as a result. The minutes of the teachers' council is an official document confirming the meeting. All of them this yearstored in a place accessible to all, then archived.
About protocol
The protocol of the teachers' council does not have a clearly approved form, but there is an approximate structure for the design of such a document. So, it is important that the secretary of the teachers' council, who keeps all the notes during the consideration of issues, fixes almost everything that is said at the meeting. This is necessary so that when making decisions, there are no conflict situations over who said what and whether he said at all. Also, all members of the meeting present should be recorded in the minutes in order to know who made the decision on this or that important issue for the school or preschool educational institution.
Structure
As already mentioned, the minutes of the teachers' council should contain information about everything that happened at the meeting. So, the structure itself provides that the protocol begins with information about the periodicity, i.e. what is the protocol in the current year, followed by the date of the meeting. The full name of the head, as well as the secretary who keeps all records, must be indicated, a list of all those present is created. Next, you can write down the agenda. But it is not necessary to do this, because. Further, for each issue, the essence of its solution will be painted. Regarding the issues to be resolved, it must be remembered that it is worth prescribing two mandatory points: “Listened” - information about who spoke and what was said, as well as “Decided” - the decision of the entire team, which indicates what they decided, how they voted, how many people were “for ", "against",how many abstained. And so on for each question. The entire protocol of the teachers' council ends with a full indication of the full name of the chairman of the meeting and the secretary, as well as their signatures.
Differences
As for the differences, the protocols of the teachers' councils at the school, as well as in the preschool educational institution, are almost the same. Their structure is the same, the points are written in a standard form. The only thing that can distinguish them is the number of members of the meeting: as a rule, in kindergarten there are much fewer people in the teachers' council, and of course, the questions are not so extensive. Such moments as “listened”, “decided” are entered into the protocols of teachers' councils in kindergarten in the same way as in school.
