Fyodor Tyutchev correctly noticed - it is not given to a person to predict how his word will respond. No one knows how his act will turn out. And do we always understand that we have done the right thing? And what exactly does this word mean? Actions are an integral part of human life, so it is worth understanding their features and what they are.
What is an act?
A deed is a certain action done of good will. Actions are a conscious choice by a person, the content of which determines its legitimacy and morality.
An act is also called a certain form of behavior of an individual, where the choice of goals and methods for achieving them is made. Sometimes these tactics can be against social norms.
Thus, it can be noted that actions are conscious actions that are evaluated as a person's moral self-identification, manifested in his attitude towards people, society and nature.
Components of an act
Every act has several components:
- Motive. What guides a persontake a specific action.
- Goal. Every action has a specific purpose. The peculiarity of such a goal is manifested in its influence on the interests of other people.
- The subject of transformation. Each act has an impact on the personality of a person or his environment, which distinguishes him from the action.
- Funds. That is, the ways in which a certain action is performed: a word or a deed.
- Process. The act itself.
- Result. Changes that have occurred to a person or his environment.
- Evaluation. Compliance of the result with the initial motives.
Actions are not just actions performed by a person daily, but deeds that have certain motives and have an impact on an individual or society.
The problem of morality
When it comes to actions, the problem of morality always comes to the fore. What is a moral act? This is a responsible and conscious action that does not affect the free will and interests of other people.
In life, the concepts of morality and morality inextricably follow each other. If we talk about morality, then this is the side of existence that is associated with human actions, practical and real action. Observing how others act, a person forms for himself a certain rule of behavior, which can be called morality.
A moral act always has a certain moral value. It is determined by the motives and results of the action.
Strengthmoral standards
To understand the moral value of an act, it is first necessary to determine under the influence of what morality it was committed. Morality happens:
- "Kind". Includes such concepts as respect, kindness, responsiveness, understanding, care.
- "Evil". Based on definitions of selfishness and selfishness.
And only moral norms can show a person that it is worth being guided by "good" morality. Realizing that immoral acts are condemned by society, a person feels the need to act honestly, be faithful, respect elders, act tactfully, deliberately and correctly. Therefore, a moral act is an action that has a special moral value and is positively perceived in society.
This is the peculiarity of moral standards: to show a person what is a good action and what is bad.
Man is his actions
Deeds and a person - these two words are inextricably linked. In life, you always have to make decisions, make choices or take actions. And being in close social interaction with other people, a person always influences their destinies.
When making important decisions, wanting to find happiness and achieve what we want, we sometimes forget about the existence of others. Guided by "evil", selfish morality, we act contrary to moral laws.
And not only things can affect the environment. indifference towardsproblems of others, spiritual stinginess, unwillingness to make any decisions and take actions - these are also actions, those based on laziness, apathy and indifference. This line of behavior can also be called immoral acts, as it has a negative impact on others.
But that's not all, even a word is an act. How easy it is to remain silent and turn away when someone needs words of support. You can easily and with impunity insult or humiliate without even noticing it. And how difficult it is to find sincere words of consolation or praise. Behind every spoken word is also an act. And often such an act means much more than an action.
Every person is followed by an endless string of his actions and words. Some of them can be called respectable actions, some do not even deserve a shred of attention, and certain actions can be defined as immoral behavior. However, do not condemn for this, because at the heart of each act there is a certain motive. And always the motive is connected with one goal - to be happy.
