Moreover, in different situations, different properties of the same data come to the fore. For example, a news broadcast on TV should contain maximum reliability and relevance about the events of today or the past week. In today's world, the concepts of "human" and "information" are as close as possible. We can say that without information there is no modern person, and without a person there is no information that is processed, published and analyzed by people!
