  3. Bottom, under the main part of the letter, a phrase-cliché is indicated through the line. These phrases can be different depending on the degree of closeness of the relationship. The most official options are Sincerely, Sincerely yours, which is similar to our “Respectfully”, “Sincerely yours”.
