Every year, scientists say that for one solved secret of underwater civilizations, there are several new ones. But could a civilization comparable to ours exist somewhere deep underwater?

For example, in Japan, archaeological expeditions have discovered many drawings depicting creatures that look like people, but have webbed toes. These are precisely underground cities and structures erected in a way unknown to us right in the rocks.
