Accumulation for a person is a normal phenomenon. But there will always be hunters for other people's good, who by all means will try to steal it from under the nose of the owner. The only thing that gets in their way is the gatehouse, along with its permanent tenant. What does the term mean?

However, the word does not have a negative connotation. The classic term is found in fiction, seeps into official documents, and is appropriate to be spoken in public.
The exception will be the situation in which we are talking about capital housing: the use of the definition belittles the dignity of the house, speaks of its homeliness, temporality, fragility. Some contemporaries call this way any house outside the settlements.
