At higher educational institutions, military training centers are being formed that train officers. Their graduates must serve under a contract in the ranks of the RF Armed Forces. Military training centers are abbreviated as the UVC at the university. Applicants who have successfully passed the entrance examinations are required to conclude an agreement on the passage of training. Then the graduate signs a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, according to which he will have to serve as an officer in the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces for three years. Military training centers indicate the appropriate places where graduates will serve.

Differences

The order of the government of the Russian Federation was brought to the attention of higher educational institutions in March 2008 "On military training centers." It also refers to the faculties and departments of military training at federal state institutions of higher education. Military training centers are a special form of training for contract military service. Military positions must correspond to officers.

How will an ordinary student differ from a cadet of the UVC and a student of the military department? Cadet one dayEvery week he goes to classes at the military training center and wears a strictly military uniform. A student from the military department does the same. And the average student enjoys an extra day off. But this is not all the differences. Easy to learn - hard to fight, to paraphrase the famous saying given to us by the famous Suvorov.

Money

UVC cadet was the luckiest with money. He receives a relatively large supplement to his scholarship: one hundred and fifty percent of the basic amount in the first year and about four hundred percent in the second and subsequent years to the basic scholarship. Despite the fact that scholarships are usually small, the amount is already living.

A student from the military department was less fortunate, but the military training center also pays him extra from the funds of the Ministry of Defense: fifteen percent for those who have not completed military service, and twenty-five percent for those who have completed military service. This money is added to the basic scholarship. But if, according to the results of academic performance, the student loses it, then he does not receive anything. An ordinary student, if he studies well, receives the usual basic scholarship. And that's it.

Rank and duties

Military training centers at universities are just as uneven and produce students, as it was in the learning process. A cadet graduate of the UVC receives the current rank of lieutenant and retires for a three-year contract service. A harsh choice - a real man. Despite the fact that all three pass medical examinations in the same way, get a replacement for military servicehe has no alternative civil rights. Just like his counterpart from the military department.

A graduate of her first goes to the training camp, which lasts a month or two, and then receives the title of a completely different plan, although it seems to be called the same - he will be a reserve lieutenant. He will not serve in the army. An ordinary student, of course, does not even receive a title, but most likely he will serve military service if he cannot replace it with an alternative - civilian service. Privates will have to serve, not an officer. But at the university I had an extra day a week to rest, which was also not bad. The only consolation is that an ordinary student needs to give the army only one year. A student of the military department is not required to serve under a contract, but if he wants to, he can. Lieutenant. And a cadet of the UHC must give at least three years of military service.

Who is admitted to the military department

A full-time student of a federal state university, fit for military service, can conclude, as already mentioned, an agreement with the Ministry of Defense. In this case, the student is taught according to a program that trains reserve officers in this educational institution at the military department. A student must be under thirty years of age, meet the professional and psychological requirements for these military speci alties, and successfully pass a competition or selection - first preliminary, and then the main one.

The military commissariat at the place of military registration is engaged in the preliminary selection, where the head of the department gives direction. The student passes a military medical commission there, as well aspsychological professional selection. The main selection is a competition held by the commission among those who have passed the preliminary selection. Members of the families of military personnel, orphans and those who have completed military service have preference for admission. Only after this is it possible to conclude an agreement, which cannot take place if the student has an outstanding or unexpunged criminal record, if he is currently being prosecuted.

Classes at the military department

Usually this is the so-called "military day" once a week, which consists of nine academic hours, of which six are study sessions, two hours are devoted to independent work and an hour of training, organizational moments and educational.

Thirty days last training, completing training in the last semester of the military department. Usually in the summer. After the end of the training camp, certification is carried out for military training, which is carried out by the military unit, in exceptional cases - at the university, it lasts about four to five days, the first of which is given for training, and the last for passing exams. If the program provides, the student, after certification, is also trained in military units.

Who is admitted to the UVC

UVC are organized on the basis of a number of military departments, and students who have studied at the UVC, the very next morning after receiving their diploma, must conclude a contract for three years or five years in order to immediately begin military service as a lieutenant of the RF Armed Forces. If the graduate refuses the contract, as well as if he was excluded fromUVTS or university in general, he will have to be drafted into the army as a private, that is, in the usual manner. But also to pre-reimburse all the funds that were spent on his education at the UVC.

The UHC accepts students up to twenty-four years old inclusive, only full-time students who are fit for service for he alth reasons and meet the requirements that correspond to contract soldiers. Students from the UHC receive not only classes, but also internships and fees. The UVC at the medical school sends students for thirty days of training, for the rest they last fourteen days. At the end of the UHC and the university, certification is carried out.

Merge

The Air Force Military Educational Research Center now also includes: the Yeysk Military Aviation School named after Pilot-Cosmonaut Komarov, the Krasnodar Aviation School named after Serov, the Syzran Military School for Pilots, the St. Petersburg Military School of Radio Electronics, the Chelyabinsk Aviation School for Navigators, Yaroslavl Military School of Air Defense. All these educational institutions were higher - military institutions.

By order of the Minister of Defense in 2011, both academies and all of the above schools began to belong to the Military Aviation Engineering University. Earlier, in 2008, the Irkutsk Aviation School (Military Engineering Institute), the Tambov Military Aviation School of Radio Electronics and the Stavropol Military Aviation School were attached to it. In 2010, the university was replenished with a research and testing center for electronic warfare (FGNIITS EW and OEZ). Now the university trains thousands of specialists, officers of aviation logistics, engineering, aviation services, meteorological services, as well as masterselectronic warfare.

Combined Arms Academy of the RF Armed Forces

The Military Educational and Scientific Center of the Ground Forces was established in December 2008 and was named the Combined Arms Academy of the RF Armed Forces. It has eleven branches. This is the country's leading and oldest military educational institution, established in 1832, and only after 1917 it ceased to be called Nikolaevskaya, but was still called the General Staff Academy. In addition, until 1998, she proudly bore the name of the red commander M. V. Frunze. The military training center of the Ground Forces was created through the reorganization, disbandment, and merger of previously existing military educational institutions. So time has commanded.

Therefore, the first higher officer courses named after Shaposhnikov and the Military Academy of Armored Forces named after Malinovsky joined the academy. In 2006, the enlargement continued with a merger with the Kuibyshev Military Engineering Academy. And in 2013, the educational institution was even more significantly replenished, and each branch of the military educational and scientific center of the Ground Forces contributed to the increasing interaction of different military units, which is perhaps the main requirement of the rules of modern warfare.

VUNTS VMF

Military Educational and Scientific Center of the Navy - Naval Academy, located in St. Petersburg. Here they are engaged in the operation of atomic energy in ship installations, ship diesel engines and electric, gas turbine and steam power plants are also being studied. Academy graduates provide search and rescue operations for the Navy, are engaged in both armament on ships and NBC protection equipment, here they learn to build and repair ships, supply them with electronic protection equipment, learn to use ship combat information control systems, radio engineering.

Technologies in their modern form require the closest interaction of specialists from different fields of knowledge. That is why every military educational scientific center was created as a call of the times. Many educational institutions, not only military ones, have been enlarged. For example, what is electronic warfare? This is also a war, but with the use of radio emissions, which can completely cut down all control, intelligence and communications systems. Our specialists need not only to change the quality of enemy information systems, but also protect your own from it. How can sailors do without radio physicists now?
