It should be noted that when everyone is equal in the process of implementing common plans and achieving common goals, then the effectiveness of concerted actions, business discussions, and resolution of a conflict or disputable situation increases. With this equality, neither the position, nor the status, nor the age, nor the work experience or education of employees matters.

There are several models at once that provide the principle of parity when considering a business issue. For example, "naval model". It provides for the process of discussing the tactics of the upcoming hostilities. This procedure takes place in the wardroom of the flagship and all officers take part in it: first the youngest in rank and age, and then the seniors.
Round table model. In this case, parity principles are, first of all,everything, free discussion. In this case, the rules give the right to each of those present to speak and express their opinion. At the same time, the desire or unwillingness of the speaker to give the floor to one or another participant is not taken into account. Brainstorming also involves a free exchange of opinions, but preference is given to those participants whose ideas are the most relevant and fresh.
Of course, every workshop cannot be conducted like a pre-battle reconnaissance or brainstorming session. At the same time, it is necessary to follow the path of minimizing or completely leveling administration and imposing opinions from the management on the rest of the team. Equalization of employees in the right to the truth will only benefit the organization. Although, a priori, all people equally have this right, but it is not always possible to realize it.
Manners of address
Parity beginnings - what is it in terms of circulation? It should be noted that the familiar "you" to the employee on the part of the head of the enterprise in response to his "You" does not correspond to this principle in any way and is not a good basis for introducing equality into the work process. Of course, the manner of address in the team largely depends on interpersonal relationships. It is important that these norms are symmetrical.
